STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD

FOUR SERVINGS:

  • 4 CUPS OF BABY SPINACH
  • 1 CUP OF GoodFarms™ STRAWBERRIES
  • ½ CUP OF PECANS
  • ¼ CUP OF RED ONION
  • BALSAMIC MAPLE VINAIGRETTE (SEE RECIPE)

 

1. RINSE THE SPINACH (IF NOT PREWASHED) AND STRAWBERRIES.

 

2. CUT THE STRAWBERRIES INTO SLICES.

 

3. CUT THE ONION INTO SHORT, THIN STRIPS.

 

4. PLACE THE SPINACH INTO A BOWL.

 

5. ADD THE STRAWBERRIES AND ONION.

 

6. SPREAD THE PECANS OVER THE SALAD.

 

7. ADD VINAIGRETTE OVER THE SALAD AND MIX.
