BALSAMIC MAPLE VINAIGRETTE

FOUR SERVINGS:

  • ¼ CUP OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 2 TBSP OF MAPLE SYRUP
  • ½ CUP OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • BLACK PEPPER (TO TASTE)
  • ½ TBSP OF SALT (OR 1 TBS OF CHICKEN BOUILLON)

 

1. POUR THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR INTO A BOWL.

 

2. ADD THE MAPLE SYRUP.

 

3. ADD THE SALT AND WHISK.

 

4. ADD THE BLACK PEPPER.

 

5. POUR THE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SLOWLY, AND WHISK AT THE SAME TIME TO MIX WELL.
