STRAWBERRY CAPRESE SALAD

TWO SERVINGS:

  • 2 CUPS OF GoodFarms™ STRAWBERRIES
  • 1 CUP OF SLICED, FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 10 BASIL LEAVES (ADD MORE IF DESIRED)
  • COARSE SALT (TO TASTE)
  • 2 TBSP OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR REDUCTION (SEE RECIPE)

 

1. SLICE THE STRAWBERRIES.

 

2. PLACE THE STRAWBERRIES, MOZZARELLA CHEESE, AND BASIL LEAVES IN A DISH.

 

3. ADD SALT TO TASTE.

 

4. DRIZZLE WITH THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR REDUCTION AND GARNISH WITH MORE BASIL LEAVES.
