BALSAMIC VINEGAR REDUCTION

  • ½ CUP OF BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 1 TBSP OF BROWN SUGAR

 

1. POUR THE BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND BROWN SUGAR INTO A SMALL POT AND STIR.

 

2. SIMMER THE MIXED BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND BROWN SUGAR OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL IT REDUCES AND THICKENS (ABOUT 5 MINUTES), THEN LET IT COOL.
