  • 1 CARROT
  • ¼ JICAMA
  • ¼ BEET
  • SALT (TO TASTE)

 

1. PEEL THE CUCUMBER, CARROT, JICAMA AND BEET.

 

2. PLACE THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE A GLASS (OR JAR), WITH A LID, IN LAYERS TO DISPLAY THE DIFFERENT COLORS. ADD A LITTLE SALT AND THEN IT’S READY TO EAT.
