STREET TACOS
EIGHT SERVINGS:
- 2 LBS OF FLAT MEAT
- GARLIC POWDER (TO TASTE)
- SALT AND BLACK PEPPER (TO TASTE)
- 1 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL
- 8 SMALL CORN TORTILLAS
- SERVE WITH GUACAMOLE (SEE RECIPE)
1. MARINATE THE MEAT IN OLIVE OIL, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, AND BLACK PEPPER FOR 30 MINUTES.
2. PREHEAT A GRILL PAN.
3. SEAR THE MEAT ON THE GRILL PAN WITH HIGH HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
4. CUT THE MEAT INTO STRIPS.
5. WARM THE TORTILLAS ON A GRILL PAN.
6. ASSEMBLE THE TACOS AND SERVE WITH GUACAMOLE.
