ROASTED TOMATOES WITH GOAT CHEESE SPREAD

FOUR SERVINGS:

  • 2 CUPS OF GoodFarms™ GRAPE TOMATOES
  • ½ CUP OF SPREADABLE GOAT CHEESE
  • 4 SLICES OF SOURDOUGH BREAD
  • 2 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TSP OF DRIED OREGANO
  • ½ TSP OF DRIED THYME
  • ¼ TSP OF GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • ¼ TSP OF CRUSHED RED PEPPER
  • SALT (TO TASTE)

 

1. PREHEAT AN OVEN TO 400ºF.

 

2. RINSE THE GRAPE TOMATOES.

 

3. PLACE THE GRAPE TOMATOES ONTO A BAKING SHEET.

 

4. SPRINKLE THE PEPPER, DRIED SPICES, AND SALT OVER THE TOMATOES, THEN POUR THE OLIVE OIL ON EVENLY.

 

5. INSERT THE BAKING SHEET INTO THE OVEN AND LET COOK FOR 3O MINUTES OR UNTIL TOMATOES ARE ROASTED.

 

6. TOAST THE SOURDOUGH BREAD, OR YOUR FAVORITE BREAD, THEN SPREAD ON THE GOAT CHEESE.

 

7. PLACE THE ROASTED TOMATOES ON TOP AND ENJOY!
