ROASTED PARMESAN BRUSSELS SPROUTS

THREE SERVINGS:

  • 16 OZ PACKAGE OF BRUSSELS SPROUTS
  • GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE (TO TASTE)
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES, CHOPPED OR PRESSED
  • A PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TBSP OF UNSALTED BUTTER
  • SALT (TO TASTE)
  • PREHEAT OVEN 425°F

 

1. WASH THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS, THEN CUT THEM INTO HALVES.

 

2. PUT THE OLIVE OIL ONTO A BAKING SHEET, THEN ADD THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS ON TOP.

 

3. ADD THE BUTTER AND GARLIC ONTO THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS.

 

4. SPRINKLE ON SALT AND BLACK PEPPER, THEN MIX IT ALL WITH A SPOON.

 

5. PUT THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS INTO THE PREHEATED OVEN AND LET THEM COOK FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES.

 

6. TAKE THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS OUT OF THE OVEN, THEN SPRINKLE ON SOME PARMESAN CHEESE.
